Tuna salad is very easy to prepare and it is great for family gatherings or parties. One of the main concerns that many people have with tuna is the smell.

If you prefer to have non smelling tuna for your salad, buy freshly caught tuna then grill them as soon as possible.

After that, mash them with a fork and season them with some salt, pepper, minced onion and a few squeeze of lemon. Be sure that you do not use too much lemon though as the acidity can over power other flavours.

Should you make too much tuna salad, you can always store them in your fridge as they can last for 4 or 5 days. Never freeze your salad though as the vegie stuff will thaw watery. Below is a nice and simple recipe for making the famous macaroni tuna salad which is great for any occasions.
